Emerald Bay is a beautiful resort with a vibrant atmosphere and stunning facilities. While the rooms are lovely and clean, I noticed a decline in service quality, especially during busier times. The dining options, particularly at the Bistro, felt limited, and some amenities were lacking, like uncomfortable pool chairs and no shuttle service to other resorts. However, the staff that did shine, mainly at Angelo’s and the fitness area, made a positive impact on our experience.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, especially during our family reunion. Emerald Bay Estates is a true gem for anyone looking for luxurious amenities and top-notch service in Mazatlán. The grounds are breathtaking, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff, especially, went out of their way to ensure I had a worry-free vacation. I loved that we had access to countless activities right on the resort. The only downside was that I didn’t want to leave at the end of my stay!
